Disadvantages: The internal stress of the stainless steel flattening plate is relatively high, so the dimensional stability is poor. As the process parameters of the decoiler machine operation are different, the internal stress distribution is also different, showing different directions of vertical length and different bearing capacity. And this load-bearing capacity is difficult to weigh with strength standards. Therefore, the stainless steel flattening plate will have a lot of welding deformation during welding, and it is difficult to adjust, so the stainless steel flattening plate cannot be used for the workpiece with high appearance quality.
