BA,2B stainless steel sheet surface

BA refers to the surface state of stainless steel cold-rolled sheet after bright annealing and leveling. The different annealing methods of BA and 2B stainless steel sheets make their surface state different, but there is no essential difference between them. The production process is the same, whether there are differences in mechanics, physics and so on. The advantage of BA surface is beautiful, because the surface is smooth, corrosion resistance is slightly better.           

Production technology           

BA surface: cold rolling → bright annealing → leveling.

2B surface: cold rolling → annealing and pickling → leveling.

The same steel grade is polished, the BA surface is more advantageous than the 2B surface, and it looks more beautiful and smoother
