Introduction to color stainless steel

Color stainless steel process products can be divided into five categories. Generally, there are five types of colored stainless steel surface processing, which are stainless steel plating titanium sheets, stainless steel plating copper sheets, stainless steel coated sheets, stainless steel etching sheets and stainless steel hairline sheets.

1. Stainless steel hairline sheets: the surface of stainless steel is machined to produce different lines on the surface of stainless steel. It is commonly used in the countertops of cabinets, automobiles, hardware and electrical appliances, including some environmental protection equipment, which also uses a large number of stainless steel hairline series.

2. Color plating titanium stainless steel sheets : vacuum splashing or chemical water plating on stainless steel surface covered with titanium metal. The bright color of colored titanium gold is beautiful and noble, and it has high durability and is durable. Used in high-end cabinets, elevator decoration, hotel decoration, including many areas of architectural decoration.

3. Color plating copper stainless steel sheets : the process of depositing a layer of copper oxide on the surface of stainless steel through chemical reduction reaction. It is widely used in high-end door industry, decorative wall and background wall.

4. Color coated stainless steel sheets : a way of laminating PVC / PET film on the surface of stainless steel by high temperature lamination. It is widely used in bathroom, cabinet and other fields.

5. stainless steel etching sheets : first, a layer of photosensitive ink is printed on the surface of stainless steel. After exposure, selective dissolution is carried out on the surface of stainless steel through electrolytic reaction to form specific patterns on the surface of stainless steel. Mainly used in some high-end cabinets, elevator decoration, background wall decoration, hotel and KTV, decoration engineering and other fields.

The advantages of color stainless steel plate, such as environmental protection, moisture-proof and bacteriostasis, are actually congenital selectivity. Environmental protection performance use, performance processing, or color style, far better than some other materials we see at present. Based on these two considerations, stainless steel color plate will maintain a long-term growth trend in the future development field.
