Galvanized steel sheet refers to the steel sheet with a layer of zinc on the surface, in order to prevent corrosion of the steel sheet surface to extend its service life.It is divided into hot galvanizing and electric galvanizing.

Hot dip galvanizing: Clean steel sheet is immersed in zinc liquid to make the surface adhere to a layer of zinc, so as to play a role in corrosion protection.

Electrogalvanization: is the use of electrolysis action to make the surface of the steel sheet attached to a layer of zinc, because the coating does not produce zinc slag, so the utilization rate of zinc is high

Differences between hot dip galvanizing and electric galvanizing:

1, the way of operation is different: hot dip galvanization is in 450-480 degree molten zinc liquid galvanized, galvanized electric galvanization is in the room temperature electrolysis galvanized.

2. The thickness of zinc layer is different. The thickness of hot-dip galvanizing layer can be larger than that of electric galvanizing layer

3, the surface smoothness is different, the appearance of electric galvanized than hot galvanized smooth.

4, electric galvanizing can only plating on one side, hot galvanizing can be full plating on both sides.

The terminal consumption of galvanized sheet is mainly in the fields of construction, automobile and home appliances, among which the construction field accounts for the largest proportion, which is 45%.
