GI,EGI,SGLC Introduction

Hot dip galvanizing (GI)            

The features of hot-dip pure zinc products are beautiful surface, good corrosion resistance and good processability.        

Electro galvanizing (EGI)            

The control precision of coating thickness is high, which is suitable for high coating quality requirements. It can be from 3g/m2 to 90g/m2, which can meet the requirements of various products from home appliances to automobiles. On the other hand, zinc plating has advantages in saving zinc resources, because the coating is uniform and there is no zinc slag, so the utilization rate of zinc is high. The machinability and weldability of electroplated zinc are better, especially the weldability.       

Aluminum zinc plating (SGLC)            

Corrosion resistance is particularly good, its zinc flowers look like fish scales, very beautiful, can be used directly. Its corrosion resistance is 2-6 times higher than that of our common hot-dip galvanizing. It can be used at 300℃ without discoloration. If it is used for a short time, it has color retention ability at 700℃ and has excellent heat reflection effect. This product is widely used in the construction and home appliance industry.
