Low carbon stainless steel

Low carbon stainless steel refers to austenitic stainless steel with carbon content less than 0.03% or ferritic stainless steel with carbon content less than 0.01%, which has very low susceptibility to intergranular corrosion.

Performance and use:

301L, with good intergranular corrosion resistance and weldability, used for railway vehicles.

304L, excellent intergranular corrosion resistance, no heat treatment after welding.

316L, ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel has good corrosion resistance to various inorganic acids, alkalis and salts. Good welding performance, suitable for multi-layer welding, can be used to manufacture industrial equipment such as synthetic fiber, petrochemical, textile, fertilizer, printing and dyeing, nuclear energy, etc.

904L, corrosion resistant, and can solve the problems of chloride pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion. It is mainly used for towers, tanks, tubes, heat exchangers, etc. in petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, marine development, etc.

317L, good intergranular corrosion resistance, mainly used for power station condensate pipe, etc.

SUH409L, ultra-low carbon steel, good welding performance, used for automobile exhaust treatment device.

SUS410L has good bending and processing properties at the welding position. It is mainly used in the container industry.

SUS436L, adding Mo into the steel to improve the pitting corrosion resistance, crevice corrosion resistance and strength of the steel.

SUS430J1L, with ultra-low C and N control and Nb and Cu added, has excellent surface quality and cold forming performance, and is used for exterior decoration parts and household appliances of automobiles and buildings.
