Production of color stainless steel plate

Common color stainless steel plate has three kinds: Yellow titanium gold, rose gold, black titanium. Among them, yellow titanium gold and rose metal are used in vacuum plating, while black titanium belongs to electrolytic plating. The color of color stainless steel is not only three. Although not all colors can be plated by electrolytic plating color and vacuum plating color, many colors can be realized, among which, the common ones are ancient copper color, champagne gold, rose red, tea color, wine red, sapphire blue, gray black, etc.

Vacuum color plating is to put the cleaned stainless steel plate into the titanium furnace, and emit metal ions to the stainless steel plate by vacuumizing, aerating and ionizing the titanium target to form a color coating on the surface. The above mentioned colors can be obtained by vacuum plating except for electrolytic plating of black titanium. Vacuum plating can also be titanium black, but the cost is higher than electrolytic plating color.

Electrolytic plating color belongs to chemical coloring, which is to electrolyze the cleaned stainless steel plate, put it into the pool containing chromic anhydride, sulfuric acid and other chemicals, and finally obtain the black coating through the chemical reaction between the stainless steel plate surface and the chemicals.
