Stainless steel nuts

An extensive range of stainless steel fasteners including screws, bolts, nuts, washers and allthread.Stainless steel is the material of choice for external applications and environments where corrosion is a factor. Most of our stainless steel fixings are available in the standard grade of A2 stainless steel to suit the majority of requirements. For applications located in marine environments where salt water corrosion is a concern, many of our fixings are also available in A4 stainless steel.

In addition to this, some stainless fixings are available in specific tensile strengths including A2-50, A2-70, A2-80, A4-50, A4-70 and A4-80 – please ask your sales contact for further information on availability.

As well as standard grades of stainless steel, we also supply fasteners manufactured in exotic alloys such as Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel and Hastelloy.To discuss your specific requirements, please contact us.

For non standard stainless steel fasteners (including non standard materials and sizes), we can usually offer as a manufactured special.materials range from alloys like Aluminium to more specialist ones like  Screws, nuts and washers etc , are supplied to manufacturers,  as shown on the product pages. Others can be made to order to the exact specifications that you require,Specials are available in unlisted sizes and in Super Duplex Stainless Steel, which offers excellent levels of corrosion resistance and a higher strength

Stainless steel nuts are used in place of their steel counterparts for applications in outdoor environments. They include both standard nuts and self locking nuts for applications that are also subject to vibration.

Our range includes full nuts, half nuts, nyloc nuts and all metal self locking nuts available in both A2 and A4 stainless steel, with other grades and exotic alloys such as Duplex, Super Duplex and Inconel available on request.

Stainless steel nuts in non-standard sizes and made to drawing special nuts are also available to order.

Stainless steel screws include both machine screws for pre tapped holes and self tapping screws. Stainless steel screws are used instead of steel screws in outdoor applications due to their corrosion resistant properties.

The majority of our stainless screws are available as standard in both A2 and A4 stainless steel, with other materials including exotic alloys such as Duplex, Super Duplex and Inconel available to order.
