(3)Materials: Choose a stainless steel material such as 201/304/304L/316/316L/430, 2B, BA plate as the bottom plate, and polish the surface of the stainless steel plate with a polishing liquid through polishing equipment to make the surface brightness like a mirror Just as clear.

(4) Blending of grinding fluid: water, nitric acid and iron red powder are blended in a certain proportion. (The ratio is adjusted well and the quality of the slurry is high).

(5) Rough polishing: generally used grinding wheels: 80#, 120#, 240#, 320#, 400#, 600# are arranged in the order of coarse to fine (note: 80# is the coarsest). This process generally uses six sets of grinders to grind, mainly to remove the roughness, burrs, and blisters on the stainless steel surface.

(6) Fine polishing: use machine-made wool felt, the higher the density, the better. Grind with ten sets of grinders to improve the brightness of the surface of the stainless steel plate.

(7) Washing and drying: Wash the stainless steel surface with water and dry with a baking lamp.

(8) Quality inspection: check the surface and luminosity of the stainless steel 8K plate.

(9) Paste the protective film and pack: The protective film should be pasted flat, without any edges, cut neatly, and then packed in a carton.

(10) Stainless steel double-sided 8K board: The process is roughly the same, the difference is that when grinding the front side, first use the same size board to back up to prevent scratches on the back side. The protective film, and then replace the protective film on the front, complete the processing process of the stainless steel double-sided 8K board. Double-sided 8K boards are expensive. The processing cost of double-sided panels is about 3 times that of single-sided panels.
