Stainless steel rust stain treatment method

1. Chemical method: spray the corrosion part with acid cleaning liquid to passivate the corrosion part, form chromium oxide film to restore its corrosion resistance. After pickling, it is very important to wash with clean water to remove all pollutants and acid residues. Then polish with polishing equipment. For the parts with slight rust spots, you can also wipe the rust spot with 1:1 gasoline and oil mixture.

2. Mechanical method: blast cleaning, shot blasting with glass or ceramic particles, and cleaning of the surface by brush machine should be carried out under dry conditions. The surface of the material can only be cleaned by mechanical method, and the corrosion resistance of the material itself cannot be changed. It is suggested that after mechanical cleaning, polishing equipment should be used to polish again and sealed with polishing wax.
